Montplaisir

(Dry white wine / Red wine)

The Montplaisir cuvée was born from the desire to create great, complex and accessible fine wines.

Aged in large wooden barrels to respectfully balance the freshness and aromas of the grapes.

Montplaisir white wine

Sauvignon blanc, muscadelle, sémillon.

Dry, distinctive white wine with aromas of white flowers, white fruit, citrus and dried fruit.

The balance between its aromatic complexity and generous freshness makes it a very airy wine, where the fine and chiseled tannins give the wine just the right amount of bitterness to accompany your aperitifs, fish and meat meals or cheese boards.

Montplaisir red wine

Merlot, cabernet franc, malbec.

That garnet color with purple reflections! Aromas of zen, licorice and black fruits (blueberries and blackberries, with a dusting of juniper berries).

When opening this wine, notes of fruit stones and a hint of blackberries are immediately released. The taste is sweet in the mouth with a nice volume and firm natural tannins. Aromas of plums, cherry pits, sprinkled with a hint of cocoa, dominate on the palate. This elegant wine reaches its peak after 4/5 years.

Rosette

(Semi-sweet white wine)

This little pearl from the Bergerac region is a semi-sweet white wine d’appellation contrôlée. Geographically delineated and mysterious …

Rosette

Sauvignon blanc, muscadelle, sémillon.

Rosette de Montplaisir is a soft white wine with a lot of freshness.

The fruit and floral aromas are accompanied by the little sugar that the yeast has not converted into alcohol. It underlines the fruity and tasty character of this wine which, just fresh enough, will go perfectly with your aperitifs, desserts, sweet and savory dishes, summer salads, etc …

"A blend of three grape varieties that is surprising for its freshness, deliciousness and aromatic finesse."

Monochrome

(Dry white wine / Red wine)

Cabernet Franc and Chenin are two grape varieties that have amazed me over the years with their excitement and richness.

They have found their place in the silty sandy soil of Montplaisir and have all the qualities needed to make great wines.

Monochrome dry white wine

100 % chenin.

Wine with a beautiful pale yellow color and light golden reflections.

The nose immediately captures us with its freshness and aromatic complexity: fruity notes of plum, white peach, quince, fresh almond, a hint of beeswax, acacia flower and cardamom. The taste is soft and delicious, long-lasting and with a great freshness. The minerals dominate, accompanied by aromas of dried fruit and notes of acacia flower …

Monochrome red wine

100 % cabernet franc.

Fine wine par excellence. On the nose, the aromas of licorice root gradually give way to red berries, raspberries, hints of ground pepper and violets.

On the palate, under a delicate velvety "velouté", a soft chalky feeling predominates. Present but chiseled and delicate tannins extend the aromas while maintaining the freshness of this wine. This wine was aged in oak barrels.

The "ligériens" of Montplaisir. Chenin for the dry white wine, Cabernet Franc for the red wine, the two grape varieties from the Loire. "

Polychrome

(Dry white wine / Red wine)

These wines are the purest expression of the Montplaisir terroir, it is the blend that makes the wine, no grape variety takes precedence over the other. Each grape variety is individually vinified with the greatest care and deserves a place in this cuvée due to the character and quality of the grapes.

Polychrome dry white wine

Sauvignon blanc, chenin, muscadelle, sémillon.

Dry white wine with a beautiful complexity and a nice tension in the mouth.

The best and most delicate juices of the four white grape varieties are combined to give this wine a lot of elegance and character. The aromas of white flesh, dried fruit, flowers and herbs flow together and provide a great freshness at the back of the mouth.

Polychrome red wine

Cabernet franc, merlot, cabernet sauvignon, malbec..

Sweet, rich and complex wine.

The aromas of spices (black pepper, paprika), harmoniously with black fruit (blueberry, blackberry) and soft and intoxicating flowers (lilac, wisteria) blend in the nose. On the palate, the spices and then the aromas of black and red fruit give way to a light aftertaste. This wine was aged in oak barrels.

"The choice for diversity at the service of two great wines."

ZK121

(Dry white wine / Red wine)

Let's get to the essence, to the raw gems, the core of the juice. When these wines are aged on wood, it is just to channel their enthusiasm and to enjoy them for years to come.

ZK121 dry white wine

Sauvignon blanc, sémillon.

Powerful, rich and complex dry white wine with fruit aromas with white flesh and spices.

The juices used to make this wine came more into contact with the skins of the grapes. Hence the great richness and long duration in the mouth. After vinification in oak barrels, maturing for several months allowed the refinement of the delicate tannins. It is a wine to consume with rich dishes or to keep for a few years so that its full potential can be used.

ZK121 red wine

Cabernet sauvignon, cabernet franc, merlot.

Rich, closed, round, complex wine with a very nice tannic structure.

The very present but delicate tannins make it a wine to mature. The aromas of cherries and blackberries mingle with spices, toasty notes, notes of dried flowers ... the aromatic richness evolves and intensifies with age. This wine comes from the best plots in Montplaisir. The very rigorous work in the vineyard has made it possible to easily vinify very beautiful grapes at perfect ripeness. A very long maturation in oak barrels specially chosen for this cuvée has refined the tannins, enriching this wine with the years.

"To leave a mark on a successful evening and to enjoy it further…"
